- State whether values are appraised, broker opinions or sponsor estimates.
- List your actual ownership and responsibilities, including guarantees.
- Include pending capital calls and debt maturities in the discussion.
- Explain realized investments separately from properties currently owned.
What it helps establish
A clear package lets a capital provider ask specific questions about the asset, sponsor and proposed structure. Reconcile the summary with the underlying records and label estimates. The template supports an initial review; the diligence requirements for the actual transaction may be different.
