5. Third-Party Services

The Site uses a limited number of third-party services to operate securely and reliably:

• Cloudflare Turnstile: We use Cloudflare Turnstile as a CAPTCHA alternative to protect our contact form from automated abuse. Cloudflare may collect certain technical data (such as IP address and browser information) as part of its verification process. Cloudflare's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
• Resend: We use Resend as our email delivery provider to process and route contact form submissions. Information you submit through the contact form is transmitted through Resend's infrastructure. Resend's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
• Vercel: The Site is hosted on Vercel, which processes request data (such as IP address and browser information) to serve and secure the Site and to produce aggregate analytics. Vercel's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.
• Advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google): The Site loads tags from LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (the LinkedIn Insight Tag), Meta Platforms (the Meta Pixel), and Google (Google Ads) so that we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising and show relevant H Equities advertising to people who have visited the Site. These tags may collect your IP address, browser information, the pages you visit, and whether you submitted an inquiry, and may set cookies or read identifiers from your browser. They do not receive the contents of your inquiry. Each platform's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.

We do not share your personal information with any other third-party services except as required by law or as necessary to protect our legal rights.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses essential cookies necessary for it to function properly (such as Cloudflare security cookies) and a first-party cookie that records which publication or advertisement brought you to the Site, so that we can attribute an inquiry to its source. That cookie contains no personal information and expires after 180 days.

The Site also uses advertising cookies and tracking pixels from LinkedIn, Meta, and Google, as described in Section 5. These allow those platforms to recognize your browser across websites they operate or partner with, and allow us to show H Equities advertising to people who have visited the Site (sometimes called retargeting) and to measure whether our advertising leads to inquiries.

You can opt out of this advertising use at any time. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and you can disable interest-based advertising directly with each platform: LinkedIn at linkedin.com/psettings/advertising, Meta at facebook.com/adpreferences, and Google at adssettings.google.com. Industry-wide opt-outs are available from the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the Site or submit an inquiry.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information submitted through our contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to evaluate potential transactions, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. If a transaction does not proceed, we generally retain inquiry data for up to three years, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
